Tim Caine, along with the Hoover High School Academic Team and Ambassadors, hosted the 2025 Middle School State Tournament.  Eighteen teams competed in Division I with the top eight teams advancing to the play-off rounds.  Twelve teams competed in Division II, and the top six teams advanced to the play-off rounds.
